My practice is based in Manhattan, NYC, with a mission to provide outstanding client-centered massage in each and every session. I emphasize therapeutic work over relaxation, but tailor each session according to your current needs and wishes.

Treatment methods include deep tissue massage, sports massage, medical massage, prenatal massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, postural assessment, and general relaxation massage.
Shiatsu treatments are also available, addressing body, soul, and spirit with pressure and stretches in a meditative session that leaves you relaxed and energized. Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Rates and Locations
The Manhattan locations listed below are my primary practice areas. However, other locations may be possible, just inquire. Please note that in my private practice, I prefer not to accept tips. For further details on why, see the FAQ page.

Wellspace is a welcoming, quiet group wellness practitioner space. I enjoy offering massage in this peaceful, and convenient, downtown location.
$120 – hour session
$160 – hour and a half session
Housecalls
Housecalls are available in Manhattan to those living on the ground floor, or with elevator access.
$140 – hour session
$180 – hour and a half session
An additional $30 fee will be waived if you have your own table
Massage for Cat Lovers (aka Uptown)
My apartment in West Harlem, Manhattan is close to the river and a welcoming, comfortable space to visit for massage.
$80 – hour session
$120 – hour and a half session
Please note, there are two sweet kitty cats in residence at this location. One loves to share massage table space, so liking cats is a must!
